Had a great stay with friendly staff, cute animals, and fast service! The location was key, offering easy access to local attractions and food spots. The food was also delicious! Sitting outside, I enjoyed my meal while admiring the lovely surroundings.

My only issue was with the pillows on the bed. I found them small and not very dense, causing some discomfort due to my back and neck problems. A larger, firmer pillow option would have made the stay even better. though, it was a lovely experience.

The staff at this hotel really made my city break an unforgettable one. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I also loved the outdoor seating area and the animals that added to the ambience of the place. The food was tasty and service was quick, perfect for my short trip.

The one downside to my stay was the pillow on the bed. I have back and neck problems, and the pillows provided were rather small and not very dense, so I didn't get enough support.
